  • Due to COVID-19 Hamptons Inclusive Care conducts bi-weekly screenings for all of our employees.

Mrs. Maka Nikachadze

Maka Nikachadze is an established businesswoman and entrepreneur with more than 17 years of experience in health and wellness. In addition to her leadership at Hamptons Inclusive Care, Maka also operates three beauty and health spas in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Southampton. Maka has been living in the Hamptons for 14 years and has an intimate knowledge of the local area and the community. At the start of her career, Maka Nikachadze provided private home health care services to multiple very prominent individuals. Her extensive experience in home health care, business expertise and ties with the Hampton's community position her as an excellent leader for Hamptons Inclusive Care. Maka prioritizes quality of service and personal interaction with clients. “Providing impeccable service for our clients distinguishes us from our competitors. We treat our clients like our own family members,” states Maka.

Giorgi Adamashvili

Giorgi Adamashvili is the founder and president of Hamptons Inclusive Care. A results-driven and detail-oriented professional with more than seven years of experience working with various non-profits and startup companies, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baruch College at the City University of New York and an International Business Degree from Copenhagen Business School

Adamashvili’s recently partnered with Maka Nikachadze to launch Hamptons Inclusive Care. With Nikachadze’s expertise in home health care and his knowledge of building a socially responsible business, the new venture ensures the highest standards of service, while also being economically competitive. According to Adamashvili, “Hamptons Inclusive Care has one main goal; exceeding customer’s expectations in private home health care.’’

Leah Jikurashvili MSW

Leah Jikurashvili is the care manager at Hamptons Inclusive Care. Her extensive knowledge of home healthcare and numerous years of experience working as a case manager in New York City’s leading healthcare organizations makes her the perfect match for this position.  Jikurashvili’s expertise is in care coordination, program development, and healthcare service delivery.  Health care organizations she has worked with include Educational Alliance, SAGE (Advocacy & Services for LGBT Elders), Renewal Care Partners, University Settlement Society of New York and is also a founder of Novel Care Solutions.

Jikurashvili’s main responsibilities at Hamptons Inclusive Care include assessing treatment needs; developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress. In addition, her duties include training our staff and monitoring their performance. After graduating with her Masters in Social Work from Hunter College, she has worked for a major home health care organization in New York City, providing care management and care coordination services to the older adult population of New York. She has planned, designed, and implemented various programs for seniors living with dementia and other chronic health conditions. Jikurashvili has extensive experience working with the diverse older adult population in a variety of settings including nursing homes, mental health centers, and NORC (naturally occurring retirement communities) programs. She holds licenses and certifications in Autism Spectrum Disorder from University of California, Dementia Care Certificate from Alzheimer's Association and a Mental Health First Aid Certificate. In addition, she has conducted trainings and taught classes on dementia care and diversity.
