Maka has been living in the Hamptons for 14 years and has an intimate knowledge of the local area and the community. At the start of her career, Maka Nikachadze provided private home health care services to multiple very prominent individuals. Her extensive experience in home health care, business expertise and ties with the Hampton's community position her as an excellent leader for Hamptons Inclusive Care. Her extensive knowledge of home healthcare and numerous years of experience working as a case manager in New York City’s leading healthcare organizations makes her the perfect match for this position. Jikurashvili’s expertise is in care coordination, program development, and healthcare service delivery. Health care organizations she has worked with include Educational Alliance, SAGE (Advocacy & Services for LGBT Elders), Renewal Care Partners, University Settlement Society of New York and is also a founder of Novel Care Solutions. Jikurashvili’s main responsibilities at Hamptons Inclusive Care include assessing treatment needs; developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress. In addition, her duties include training our staff and monitoring their performance. After graduating with her Masters in Social Work from Hunter College, she has worked for a major home health care organization in New York City, providing care management and care coordination services to the older adult population of New York. She has planned, designed, and implemented various programs for seniors living with dementia and other chronic health conditions. Jikurashvili has extensive experience working with the diverse older adult population in a variety of settings including nursing homes, mental health centers, and NORC (naturally occurring retirement communities) programs. She holds licenses and certifications in Autism Spectrum Disorder from University of California, Dementia Care Certificate from Alzheimer's Association and a Mental Health First Aid Certificate.
